The ANDC ® one-to-one counselling service offers one-hour sessions that enable you to take precious time out with yourself to take charge of one or more aspects of your life.

By expressing themselves about their difficulties, and thanks to TRA®'s deeply human listening, respect and professional interaction, clients discover their strengths and new ways to enhance their well-being.

This ANDC ® helping relationship fosters self-knowledge, self-esteem, self-confidence, healthy communication, more satisfying relationships, and the valuing of individual differences in order to create and contribute to a better world.

The ANDC® approach to helping people shifts the focus from the outside to the inside. It fosters the habit of listening to one's own needs, working on self-knowledge, self-understanding, self-acceptance and, above all, self-love. This attitude, too long described as selfish, is nonetheless the most liberating and helpful.
